吳式内家太極拳

Master Wu Chian Chuan內家太極拳的一舉一動都是起源于腰和背。外柔內剛﹐勁蘊於內﹐隨意可發。在盤架子時﹐勁氣貫通﹐周運全身。以此身心合修﹐益壽延年不老春。這是練習太極拳內功的其中一個顯著功效。

可惜﹐現今在許多關於太極拳的教材當中﹐對這內功的訓練含糊不清或是玄妙空談。他們套路招式外功多于內功﹐已經完全失去了太極拳的基本效益。

當時﹐師祖吳鑑泉傳授太極拳給大師楊華彪時﹐教會他一種很清楚明瞭的心法去練習太極內功。雖然這心法需要恆心和致力去學習﹐不是短期可練成﹐但是學生至少有一途徑可尋。而且﹐學生可在練習的過程中﹐欣賞內功带来的非常满足, 舒服的感觉﹐ 和增強健康的功效﹐可謂步步有益。

大師楊華彪在美國的傳人華季平﹐將此心法簡要地介紹在下一頁﹐名為“吳式太極拳內功心法”。另外﹐在華季平製作的全套五張DVD中(英文講解)﹐詳細解說了如何將此心法融會在太極拳套路招式的每一動作中﹐來達到太極內功蘊藏在拳架中的目的。

吳師祖曾說﹐吳氏太極拳學自楊氏﹐無甚改變。世知楊氏太極拳源自于陳氏。因此﹐這內功心法應是各派太極拳的根基。如有差缺即失去內家拳的特點而趨向外家拳了。
